  • Roslyn Migdale, MD, DC is a dual-trained physician with a background in both allopathic medicine and chiropractic care. She is currently completing a Pain Medicine Fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center after finishing her residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Corewell Health / Beaumont Health East. She has passed Part I of the ABPMR board examination and is board-eligible in PM&R.

    Dr. Migdale’s clinical foundation began in manual medicine, with early training as a licensed massage therapist and nearly a decade of experience as a chiropractor in a multidisciplinary orthopedic group. She went on to earn her medical degree from the American University of Antigua, completing clinical clerkships through Florida International University.

    Her practice philosophy blends evidence-based medicine with holistic care. Her clinical interests include fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided procedures, neuromodulation, functional restoration, spine and musculoskeletal care, and soft tissue techniques. She is particularly focused on compassionate, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care.

    She has led several quality improvement efforts, including the hospital-wide implementation of the Frasier Free Water Protocol into Epic, improving safety and comfort for NPO patients. Dr. Migdale has served as a team physician for high school football leagues and is currently an Ambassador Member of the Early Career Council for the International Pain & Spine Intervention Society (IPSIS).

    She is a member of several national organizations, including the American Society of Regional Anesthesia & Pain Medicine (ASRA), the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS), the North American Spine Society (NASS), the American Academy of Pain Medicine (AAPM), the Association of Academic Physiatrists (AAP), and the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (AAPM&R).
