  • Dr. Sean Wade serves in the U.S. Navy as a board certified orthopaedic surgeon. He received his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. Following his intern year, Dr. Wade completed a tour as a Navy Flight Surgeon with Carrier Air Wing 2 (CVW-2). He subsequently did his orthopaedic surgery residency training at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Since then, Dr. Wade has served as a staff orthopaedic surgeon at both Naval Hospital Jacksonville and the Lovell Federal Health Care Center. He is experienced in orthopaedic surgery, aerospace medicine, and military medicine.
