• Dr. Shiv K. Goel is a board-certified internal medicine physician in San Antonio, Texas, with professional interests in complementary and integrative medicine, obesity medicine and nutrition, women’s health, and preventive care. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and pursued advanced functional medicine training, developing a clinical approach that integrates conventional medicine with root-cause, systems-based care.
  
  Dr. Goel is Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Medical Director of Prime Vitality Care, a physician-led practice focused on longevity, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and personalized preventive medicine. He previously served as Medical Director at Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital and was Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center–Permian Basin from 2014 to 2017.
