• Taliba Foster, MD, is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist and healthcare leader whose work spans academic medicine, community mental health, and statewide policy. She earned her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania (PENN) and her M.D. from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, followed by an internship and adult psychiatry residency at St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in New York.
