• As humans we are multifaceted. As a Family Physician I enjoy getting to know my patients and understanding the different aspects of their lives that make them a unique individual. Taking care of the whole family allows me to understand the dynamics of their lives that much better.
  
  Combining my passion for Family Medicine and Sports Medicine allows me to promote my philosophy of "Prevention is Key." You don't need to be a professional athlete to benefit from the positive aspects of physical activity.
  
  While I enjoy treating sports injuries, I also like the challenge of introducing exercise in to people's lives. Increasing your fitness translates in to improved quality of life. When you are in shape you tend to eat and sleep better and have decreased stress levels.
  
  I'm also passionate about running my own private practice, having done so since 1999. We offer a unique atmosphere for patients and staff alike: we can make our own decisions and shape the practice the way we want and patients have responded quite positively over the years.
