I am a double board certified psychiatrist and have extensive experience in behavioral health integration, the collaborative care model, behavioral healthcare policy, and the interface between technology and behavioral healthcare delivery. I began practicing Telepsychiatry in 2006, and helped create & develop Telehealth departments in 2 different companies. I believe in a multidisciplinary team based approach for optimal treatment and have an expertise in managed behavioral healthcare, population health and behavioral health outcome metrics. I was previously the Co-Chair for the National Quality Forum's Core Quality Measures Council for Behavioral Health and the current Governor appointed Psychiatrist for the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health & Disability Services Board.
