After a career at the Medical College of Wisconsin ('81-'07) as the Chair of the Department and Founding Director of the first online MPH degree program in the US, I was the Executive Director of the American Board of Preventive Medicine ('12-'17). I now assist local organizations and consult on causality determination nationally.
