- I am board certified in family medicine, hospice and palliative care, geriatric medicine and as hospice medical director. I have a Healthcare MBA from Oregon Health & Sciences University (OHSU). In September, I start training as an Oregon Psilocybin facilitor and plan to use that training to improve end of life experiences for patients with life threatening illnesses and limited life expectancy.
