Selective Nerve Root Blocks, Cervical / Lumbar; Facet Blocks: Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar; Sacroiliac Blocks; Complex Shoulder, Hip and Knee Injections including Prolotherapy. Vertebral Augmentation for Osteoporotic Fractures and Palliative Interventions for Vertebral Body Neoplasms.
