Summary

  • I am a board certified Pediatric Critical Care Specialist with specific interest in simulation and debriefing training for interdiscplinary teams. I especially like to focus on scenarios with deteriorating patient scenarios, with difficult conversations, or with learning opportunities for providing situational awareness and preserving teamwork. I have written, designed and facilitated simulation training exercises for clinical groups locally, regionally, at National meetings and for the Children's Hospital Association. I have mentored medical residents and fellows, nursing and respiratory therapy colleagues to engage in and lead simulation sessions, programs, presentations, and research study.
