Core Medical Group provides interventional pain management, sports medicine, traumatic brain injury and concussion evaluation, regenerative medicine and electrodiagnosis / nerve conduction testing. Our state-of-the-art facilities include a fluoroscopy suite for x-ray guided pain management procedures, an EMG / nerve conduction suite for electrodiagnostic testing, musculoskeletal ultrasound for precision guidance of diagnostic and therapeutic injections, and a CLIA-certified laboratory. Core Medical Group collaborates closely with respected neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons and other medical professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Dr. Tung's clinical expertise includes interventional pain management, physical medicine & rehabilitation, sports medicine, concussion and traumatic brain injury, and regenerative therapies. Interventional procedures performed under fluoroscopy and ultrasound include: epidural (cervical, thoracic and lumbar transforaminal, interlaminar and caudal) injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulator trial implants, discography, sacroiliac joint injections, sympathetic nerve blocks, stellate ganglion blocks, occipital nerve blocks, botox injections for migraine headaches and spasticity, pudendal nerve blocks, peripheral nerve blocks, peripheral joint injections and trigger point injections. Dr. Tung performs regenerative medicine procedures that utilize a patient's own cells for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders of the joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons and bones.
