Summary

  • As a board-certified occupational medicine physician and chiropractic physician, I've recently focused on helping organizations and individuals navigate complex medical problems where causation, function, and long-term outcomes matter.

My work centers around three primary areas of expertise:

Occupational Medicine & Workplace Injury Care
As the founder of OccMedMD, my team and I provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for workplace injuries, including acute trauma, repetitive strain injuries, concussions, and toxic exposures.
Our goal is simple: deliver timely medical decisions that support recovery while reducing unnecessary disability and workforce disruption.

Our clinic provides comprehensive occupational health services, including PFTs, audiometry, EKGs, lab testing, and other diagnostic tools, enabling employers to receive rapid, objective medical assessments.

Independent Medical Examinations & Expert Witness Work
I perform Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and medicolegal evaluations for workers’ compensation and liability cases involving injury causation, impairment, disability, and maximum medical improvement.

My evaluations focus on objective clinical evidence, scientific literature, and transparent medical reasoning to produce reports that are clear, defensible, and understandable to courts, attorneys, and insurers.

Earlier in my career, I worked with the FBI Healthcare Fraud Task Force, operating covertly within complex medical fraud cases, an experience that strengthened my expertise in medical record analysis and reinforced my commitment to integrity and accuracy.

    Functional, Preventive & Concierge Medicine
I work with patients seeking to improve long-term health through preventive and functional medicine at HealthFirst. This work focuses on metabolic health, weight and hormone optimization, and evidence-based lifestyle medicine to improve health span.
