Summary

  • I retired from the practice of Gynecology in June 2020. I am a certified yoga instructor interested in supporting wellness and providing stress relief with yoga, including meditation, beginning to explore yoga's applications in womens' health. I am currently teaching at Lotus Flower at the Atma Center in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
