- Dr. Julia McMillan practiced pediatric infectious disease specialist based in Baltimore, MD. She completed her education and training at SUNY Upstate Medical University, including a fellowship in infectious disease and a residency in pediatrics. In 1991 she became the director of the pediatric residency program at Johns Hopkins Medical School, and in 2007 she was named associate dean for graduate medical education at the same institution. She held numerous positions with The American Board of Pediatrics and served on committees of several national pediatric organizations. She retired in 2016 and lives in Baltimore.
