  • Dr. Rodney Rohrich is an internationally recognized plastic surgeon who has been acclaimed as one of the most influential plastic surgeons of this century. He has a global cosmetic plastic surgery practice in Dallas, Texas. Dr Rohrich is a world expert in facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty He received his medical degree with high honors from Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Rohrich trained at the University of Michigan in Plastic Surgery and did further training in Pediatric Plastic surgery at the Radcliffe Infirmary/Oxford, England and hand and microsurgery at Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital. He has been in practice for over 30 years in Dallas, Texas. He was the first Chair of the Department of Plastic Surgery and the first Distinguished Professor of Plastic Surgery at UTSW in Dallas. During his tenure as chair, he developed the Department of Plastic Surgery into the most academically productive and largest Plastic Surgery program in the USA. He is the Editor in chief Emeritus of the Journal of Plastic and Reconstrucitve surgery- the number one Plastic Surgery peer-reviewed Journal in the world. Dr. Rohrich also founded and was he first Editor in chief of the first open-access Plastic surgery journal in North America- PRS- Global Open. He specializes in and is an international expert in primary and revision rhinoplasty, all aspects of facial rejuvenation including facelift and cosmetic eyelid surgery. He has developed numerous innovations in both aesthetic/cosmetic and reconstructive surgery as well as advanced methods of teaching and education in plastic surgery.
