• My goal is to help you become the healthiest, happiest, best version of yourself! We will work with you to develop an individualized plan based on your medical history, family history, laboratory studies, and genetic testing. Your specific plan will address your energy levels, weight, sleep, muscle mass, nutrition, sexual health, as well as chronic medical issues such as blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid problems, diabetes and preventative medical screenings. We utilize an array of treatment options to help you reach your goals such as hormone replacement, thyroid optimization, growth hormone stimulation, exercise plan development, nutrition and dietary coaching, supplement optimization and subcutaneous fat reduction. We will address your concerns with an integrated approach to maximize your benefits from western medicine as well as other philosophies that have been proven to be safe and effective. We will monitor your progress closely and adjust the plan as needed to maximize your results.
  We will provide you with a patient centric experience. We will spend time with you and listen to your goals and concerns. We will explain our plans thoroughly in terms that are understandable and answer your questions. Our visits will be longer than is typically covered by insurance and many of the services we offer are above the very basic level of care that medical insurance is willing to cover. We prefer spending our time doing what we do best, giving you the best care possible, not filling out insurance paperwork. We are not partnered with or accepting any insurance coverage, though you are more than welcome to use your HSA or cafeteria plan to cover your services. This helps us keep our overhead low and our prices reasonable. Our goal is to provide excellent, highly specific, individualized, concierge level care at a reasonable price.
