- I am a board certified anesthesiologist specializing in cardiac anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and acute pain medicine. I am also board certified in perioperative echocardiography. My anesthesiology residency training was completed at the University of Vermont Medical Center where I was heavily involved in quality improvement. This was followed by two fellowships at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, and the University of Rochester. Originally from Malaysia, I completed my medical schooling in London, UK and have experience in several healthcare systems.
