- I am a retired board certified specialist in gastroenterology and have been in private practice in the Sherman-Denison Texas area since 1977. I established a group GI practice in 1977 with J. Thomas Fletcher M.D. and we're joined by Glenn Young M.D. in 1980, Gregg Farrell M.D. in 1988, and Razi Arifuddin M.D. in 2008. Bobbi Maxwell N.P. has been with the group since 2000. I am currently retired.
